Assist in implementation of sales strategies in the sales of property
Assist in handling sales and leasing administration work and conducting market research
Assist in handling sales & marketing campaign
Explore potential markets and maintain good relationship with clients
Handle daily sales operations and logistics arrangement
Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when require
Degree holder in Business Administration/ Real Estate / Property or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year working experience.
Self-motivated, aggressive, good communication and interpersonal skill
Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Putonghua and English.
Possess good analytical & communication skills, and willing to work under pressure.
Proactive, independent and with great sense of responsibility.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Leasing Assistant.
