The Job:

  • Plan, develop and implement training activities for frontline sales including induction, product training, refresher training and soft-skill training;
  • Conduct regular sales briefings and on-site patrolling to ensure the job knowledge, selling skills and service quality of frontline sales are up to the required standard
  • Review and update the operational workflow/manuals
  • Work with internal parties such as Group Training, Regulatory Affairs, Group Legal, etc on the formulation and execution of company policy, workflow and procedures
  • Lead and support the staff members of Direct Sales to participate in different internal and external sales and service competitions
  • Consolidate regular quality assurance reports for management’s review
  • Update and maintain the staff compliment and complaint records

The Person:

  • Post-secondary education, holder of degree or higher diploma is preferred
  • 2 years of working experience in sales operations/training at supervisory level
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Operation Supervisor
