Assistant Sales Planning Manager

Responsibilities:

- Formulate medical business strategies, propositions and tactical plans and facilitate the implementation of key strategic projects.
- Conduct market trend and competitor analysis so as to identify market need.
- Review business plan and business data analysis for improve the performance.
- Develop and identify to enhance patient segmentation.
- Enhance patient journey.
- Conduct of sales presentation.
- Lead to explore potential business opportunities and handle business development projects.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to deliver smooth and effective workflow.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
- Practical experience in sizable companies with min. 4 years in marketing/ business development, preferably in medical/ service/ corporate/ insurance industry will be an advantage.
- Responsible, strong communication, problem-solving skills, self-motivated, independent and quick witted and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS office applications, Chinese word processing.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
