Assistant Secretary/Receptionist

-         Degree with commercial/secretarial training

-         2-3 years administration and human resources experience

-         Pleasant personality and good communication/interpersonal skill

-         Knowledge of Labour Ordinance preferable

-         Good computer application in words and excel

-         Good Command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese  


-         Provide support in respect of HR and Administrative matters

-         Rendering secretarial support to managers

-         Preparation of various correspondence, internal circulars 

-         Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
