Assistant Security & Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Security and Safety Manager in the operations and management of the Security Department, to ensure daily operations in an efficient manner
  • Handle and investigate security-related incidents; compile Incident Reports advising any preventive or remedial actions to be taken
  • Plan, co-ordinate and monitor security-related operations and events
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures relating to security and safety are complied with
  • Assist in staff training and development.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Post-secondary graduate and preferably university degree holder with a valid Security Personnel Permit
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in security industry or law enforcement agencies with at least 2 years’ experience at supervisory level
  • Knowledgeable of CCTV, security and fire systems
  • Strong leadership, effective communication skills, self-motivated, honest, responsible and customer-oriented
  • Good command of written English and Chinese, as well as spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Holder of First Aid, CPR and AED Training is an advantage.
