Assistant Service Engineer
Major Responsibility:
- To be responsible for the maintenance services of audio, visual, ELV and IT system.
- To attend emergency call-out service as requested by customer
- To report outstanding tasks, follow up customer issues and problems solving
- To demonstrate system operational procedures
- To provide technical advice to customers for any system upgrade, alternation, additional and improvement works
- To coordinate with client and internal parties for the maintenance service.
- May work beyond working hours and/or on public holidays as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Certificate in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
- Relevant working experience; Candidates with more experiences will consider as Service Engineer.
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
