Assistant Services Operations Manager V Attractions & Entertainment

Reporting to the Services Operations Manager, your major responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the daily operations and monitor cleanliness of the Ngong Ping Village and the attractions
  • Provide on-site supports to all events, live performances, MICE or other corporate events
  • Arrange and coordinate the repair & maintenance works of facilities in the village and the attractions
  • Manage a team to ensure the quality of services to guests and maintain good relationship with tenants and stakeholders
  • Handle contingency and incidents
  • Develop and implement staff training program and prepare routine reports
  • Discharge the duties as the Shift Duty Manager to the cable car system
  • Handles any ad hoc projects assigned by the management if required. 


  • Degree holder with at least 6 years’ related supervisory experience. Prior experience in theme park, tourism and event management, or property management field is preferred
  • Presentable, guest service oriented and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to deliver solutions as well as lead team members to ensure all services and facilities are of good qualities and in good conditions
  • Self-motivated, detailed minded, well-organized, teamwork, able to work independently under pressure and work in shift duties.
  • Well versed in MS Office & demonstrate professional language proficiency, both in English and Chinese.
