Assistant Shipping Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the General Manager of Shipping Department
  • Assists the General Manager to monitor operations of cement barges and river trade vessels
  • Handles all incoming & outgoing message
  • Assists the General Manager to negotiate and fix charter parties
  • Performs other duties assigned by the General Manager


Requirements:

  • University Graduate in any discipline
  • 1-2 years working experience in Shipping field preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese & English
  • Good statistical, report presentation skills
  • Quick learner and detail-minded
  • Self-motivated and hardworking
  • Pleasant, aggressive and positive with excellent service attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
