Assistant Shop Manager / Shop Manager (Bakery-Café)

  • Perform day-to-day shop operations management;
  • Lead, supervise and coach unit team members to maintain high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and standard;
  • Motivate teammates to drive sales with the support by the marketing and promotional activities of the Group;
  • Maintain the highest level of hygiene standards;
  • Additional short term responsibilities such as development of B to B channels depending on candidate experience;  
  • Report to Group of Executive.


  • At least 4 years related hand-on experience with 2 years supervisory level in F&B;   
  • Strong communication skills in spoken English. Command of French / Chinese is a plus;
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive, energetic and passionate for food;
  • Service and customer oriented;
  • Diploma / Certificate holder or above in hotel, catering or hospitality management preferred;
  • Potential candidate with more experience would be considered as Shop Manager.
  • Must have authority to work in Hong Kong

Salary Range:  $19000-$24000 

Place of work:  Happy Valley / Wan Chai / Mid-level / Sheung Wan / Kennedy Town / Sai Ying Pun
