Assistant Store Manager 助理店舖經理 - Well know Japanese F&B Company (Up to 22K / Good package)

Our client, a Japanese F&B Company, is looking for a suitable candidate to join their team:

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily restaurant management operations
  • Oversee and direct the food preparation process
  • Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
  • Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
  • Train and supervise all employees
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry preferred
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Japanese ability is an advantage
  • Qualified Hygiene Manager or Hygiene Supervisor preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
