Assistant Store Manager, Senior / Guest Experience Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all day to day operational tasks, coordinating daily store operations
  • Delivering superior customer service and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints and escalate to store manager when needed
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • Use of Acuity system for booking
  • Promote and upsell instore promotions and bundle packages

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in F & B, Hospitality, Customer Service industry or similar role
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of baking principles and techniques is preferred but not a must
  • Able to work as a team or work independently
  • Willing to learn and adapt and be able to work under pressure
  • Good comment in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
