Responsibilities:

  • Formulate sales plan and implement effective strategies to achieve sales target
  • Ensure satisfactory sales performance of the store
  • Motivate and manage the sales team, including staff training and appraisal review
  • Monitor and maintain the highest standard of customer service
  • Coordinate with Area Manager to achieve operational efficiency
  • Maintain the highest standard of the store environment 
  • Enforce safety and security rules

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience related management level in luxury brands.
  • Aggressive in sales target achievement, sales and service oriented. 
  • Independent, with strong leadership and management skills.
  • Flexible, abilities to perform multi-tasks under changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills in Microsoft Excel
