The appointee will be responsible for providing all-round administrative support to the University Life Planning Scheme which is a developmental advising scheme on non-formal learning opportunities for all undergraduate students. Major duties include daily administration work, basic database analysis and appointment scheduling. The appointee is also required to support student activities and provide individual guidance to students about their personal development plan.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; literacy in computer applications and good command in both English and Chinese languages (including Putonghua). Working experience in youth guidance/mentoring and office administration in tertiary education sectors will be advantageous.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, leave, medical and dental benefits.
