Jobs Duties:

  • Perform co-ordination activities on in-house ERP projects
  • Communicate with project teams and operations teams
  • Participate in departmental daily operations and take up the assigned tasks
  • Conduct all co-ordination and preparation activities for system migration
  • Conduct preliminary testing activities and prepare test cases with operation teams
  • Execute testing related activities with key users and ensure the system enhancements are delivered according to the pre-defined user requirements
  • Assist in monitoring project activities and rollout plans
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments


  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably with experience on ERP system
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
