Assistant- Supplier Onboarding (Contract, $15-20K)

Our client is one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations. It comprises around 3,500 offices in over 60 countries. Our client has numerous businesses steams, including banking and wealth management and global markets, and continues to grow rapidly.

We are currently looking for talented people to join their dynamic team.


  • Contact suppliers to introduce Supply Chain Solutions, and follow-up the onboarding activities end-to-end
  • Handle phone and email enquiries from suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate mandatory Supplier Due Diligence activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep the MIS for the above activities


  • Degree holder or above
  • 1-2 years of basic selling experience (or even fresh graduates,  who wish to build a career in selling).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Independent, details oriented and able to work under pressure
  • able to commit
