Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage regular supply & demand planning process, work closely with various business units
  • Lead the development and review of supply chain function to cope with business needs
  • Monitor purchase order and goods receipt process
  • Oversee inventory control, work closely with internal parties to utilize warehouse capacity, manage overstocked / slow moving items
  • Work closely with warehouse to ensure smooth operation and minimize risks
  • Review warehouse stock take on monthly basis
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply planning and inventory management with Skin care or FMCG company
  • Proficient with MS Office and preferably with SAP experience
  • Good analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, Organized, Self-Motivated
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Immediate available will be highly preferred
