Responsibilities

  • Inventory planning management (ie. stock plan updating, order placement, stock replenishment)
  • Operational coordination with 3PL (ie. full set import & export shipment handling)
  • Repacking job coordination (ie. request stock transfer for repacking & monitor jobs schedule)
  • Reporting for SCM on regular basis (ie.stock availability, claims, service level )
  • General clerical duties (ie. invoice checking, filing…etc)

Requirement

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in FMCG industry is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
  • Able to work independently & sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken & written in English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office & Chinese processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
