ASSISTANT SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER (CONTRACT)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination of the ESG Reporting at Business Unit level (across Hong Kong and Mainland centres)
  • Develop and deliver trainings to ensure the compliance of ESG Reporting requirement and improve the data quality
  • Manage and keep track of the Company’s environmental performance and target settings
  • Arrange sustainability related audits, follow-up and ensure the records are maintained and updated
  • Support the implementation of Company’s corporate responsibility policy and the related sustainable operation processes
  • Support the execution of defined sustainability projects and initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Compliance, Applied and Pure Sciences or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, experience with social and environmental compliance standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc., will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, independent and proactive; Team player in a cross-cultural working environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (including pivot tables and VBA Excel)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
