Assistant System Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Providing daily system support on Oracle ERP system, month-end closing and annual budget process
• Conduct user requirements, assist in system testing and implementation
• Work closely with Finance department users, system analysts and vendors
• Assist Project Manager in managing project scope and schedule throughout the project cycle

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year of accounting/ system support experience, preferably with Oracle ERP background
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
