  • Administer the tendering and contract administration process which includes drafting letters to invite quotations, obtaining and evaluating quotations, preparing tender documents and issuing works orders for maintenance and improvement works, including but not limited to stores, warehouse and offices 負責商鋪、倉儲場地及辦公場所等設施的維護及改善工作的招標文件的起草、詢價、評估、訂單的確認、施工指令的下發與合同全流程的管理等工作;
  • Coordinate with internal / external parties, to vet and comment the fit-out submissions; deliver alteration, addition and improvement works 組織協調內、外部不同團體間就裝修方案的評估與審核的溝通討論,並跟進新增、變更及改造事項的實施與驗收;
  • Formulate budget for construction and maintenance works and assist planning, monitoring and control the premises improvement and upgrade 負責為新建及維護項目提供預算、項目規劃及實施管控;
  • Responsible for site inspection, monitor progress of maintenance works, site coordination and administration work 負責維修事項的現場檢查、進度跟進、工作溝通及管理;
  • Review and monitor the performance of consultants and sub-contractors and certify work completion by the schedule including but not limited to renovation and maintenance standard 按照整改或維修標準對工程顧問及承辦商的工作表現、進度計劃及交付質量進行審查、監控及批核; 
  • Prepare the AutoCAD design layout for management’s review 提供工程方案AutoCAD佈局圖紙供管理層審核決策;
  • Solve technical problems independently and deal with urgent/emergency repairs for the property 獨立處理物業緊急維修事項并對遇到的技術問題提供解決方案。


  • Degree of Facilities Management, Project Management, Building Services or related disciplines 擁有物業管理、屋宇設備、項目管理或相關的學位;
  • At least 5 to 8 years’ relevant decoration and project management experience 至少5-8年的裝修或項目類的管理經驗;
  • Sound technical experience in retail shops and facility repair, maintenance and renovation 良好的零售類店鋪及設施的修理、維護及翻新的管理經驗;
  • Advanced knowledge in AutoCAD 精通AutoCAD製圖;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word Processing 可熟練應用辦公室軟件(如Excel 及 PowerPoint)和中文文書輸入;
  • Well-organized, high accuracy, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks effectively 做事有條理,準確,關注細節,有責任心,能在壓力下工作及有效地處理多項工作;
  • Good communication skills and team work sprit 善於溝通及團隊合作;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) 良好的中英文書寫及溝通能力(粵語及普通話);
  • Immediately available is an advantage 可立即上班更佳。
