The Job

  • Plan, implement and monitor the fitting-out, reinstatement works and attend repossession and handover inspection with tenants
  • Provide technical support to facilitate asset enhancement projects, building operation & maintenance, and properties management
  • Handle the technical vetting of tenant’s fit-out proposals and conduct regular check to ensure compliance of works
  • Carry out the design and supervision of Landlord’s provision works for different trades
  • Provide technical support and advice to leasing team on building services and related issues
  • Conduct technical meetings with tenants, design consultants and technical teams
  • Conduct feasibility study for different trades in office and retail space

The Requirement

  • Degree holder in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Higher Diploma holders with more experience will also be considered
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in design / consulting and properties management firms
  • Broad knowledge in building services engineering and related construction issues, particular strength in air-conditioning and fire services is preferred
  • Solid experience in building services related works including renovation and fitting-out works of commercial properties such as office & shopping arcades
  • Familiar with local practices and statutory requirements related to building management and licensing matters e.g. F&B
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker and Safety Supervisor Certificates preferred
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Technical Officer
