Assistant Technical Manager

The successful candidate will lead a team of technical staff to ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective repair and maintenance operation of building systems and facilities within our developments. S/he will also be required to formulate and implement improvement proposals for up-keeping and enhancing of existing facilities and technical services.


  • Degree holder in Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in property maintenance, with at least 3 years in managerial level
  • Sound experience in handling lift maintenance works like lift modernization works and statutory submission of Alteration and Addition Works under Building Ordinance
  • Members of CIBSE / HKIE / HKIS / RICS and holder of Grade A or above electrician will be an advantages
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great interpersonal skills, with a service centric manner
  • Good communication skills, good team player, self-initiative and pro-active and able to work under pressure
  • More experience will be considered for the post of Technical Manager
