ASSISTANT TECHNICAL OFFICER (PROPERTY)

Responsibilities:

• Handle routine repair and preventive maintenance work in relation to builder’s and P&D’s works across Harbour City complex
• Responsible for maintenance contract and improvement projects, upgrading and refurbishment work in relation to P&D system and infrastructure

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Studies / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ solid experience in handling improvement or maintenance projects
• Experience in property management companies / shopping mall environment in relation to the premises improvement projects and / or building maintenance projects would be an advantage
• Good time management, interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and preferably in MS Project
