Responsible for the daily supervision of in-house technical team and contractors on repair and maintenance works as well as the improvement projects
Assist in preparing quotations and tender documents for repair and maintenance work
Carry out daily inspection on building facilities to ensure works are compliance with company standards
Review on the fitting out, renovation and reinstatement projects, liaise with vendors / clients and provide improvement actions
Assist to handling Landlord/Tenant enquiries and complaints
Requirements:
Tertiary education in Building Studies / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
With at least 2 years’ repair and maintenance experience in commercial building, candidate with central chiller plant and BMS experience would be an advantage
Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card), candidate with Grade A Registered Electrical Worker Certificate would be an advantage
Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese
Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus but not a must
Good PC skills and preferably in AutoCAD
