Job Highlights

  • Daily supervision of in-house technical team
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Tertiary education or above

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily supervision of in-house technical team and contractors on repair and maintenance works as well as the improvement projects
  • Assist in preparing quotations and tender documents for repair and maintenance work
  • Carry out daily inspection on building facilities to ensure works are compliance with company standards
  • Review on the fitting out, renovation and reinstatement projects, liaise with vendors / clients and provide improvement actions
  • Assist to handling Landlord/Tenant enquiries and complaints

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Building Studies / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • With at least 2 years’ repair and maintenance experience in commercial building, candidate with central chiller plant and BMS experience would be an advantage
  • Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card), candidate with Grade A Registered Electrical Worker Certificate would be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus but not a must
  • Good PC skills and preferably in AutoCAD
