(Assistant) Technicial Engineer, Technical HelpDesk

You will be responsible for:

  1. Monitor and analysis the database from 24/7 Connected Services(TM) system

  2. Provide support on technical issue and materials identification to field technicians.

  3. Coordinate technical issue with Technical Team

  4. Ad hoc tasks assigned by direct supervisor

We expect you to have:

  1. Higher Diploma in Electronic / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent discipline

  2. Good interpersonal skill and communication skill

  3. Able to work independently

  4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  5. Proficiency in PC applications

  6. Minimum 4 years work experience, prefer in lift and escalator industry

  7. Holder of Registered Lift and Escalator License (RLW and REW in type B) is an advantage

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Engineer, Technical Helpdesk
