The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of quality tenant services including but not limited to tenants liaison, tenancy administration support, coordinating of take over / hand-over of premises, fitting-out works, complaints handling and day-to-day management of our prime retail premises.
Applicants should be Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline with at least 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in managing prestigious shopping malls. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to work independently and under pressure are required. Familiarity with pre-fitting out preparatory works for various trade mix and development projects (involving A&A work submission) will be an added advantage.
