Assistant to CEO

  • One year assignment to assist CEO on daily operation and strategic development
  • Aside from normal secretarial work, prepare presentation, business analysis and attend senior level meetings
  • Return to different Business Units after the assignment




  • Degree holder with at least 1-3 years’ relevant working experience in serving Senior Management
  • Detail and analytical minded, hardworking; may work beyond office hours
  • Ambitious in career development
  • Good command of languages, both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel and Chinese Word Processing
