Assistant Trade Marketing Manager – Consumer Product Division

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Marketing Manager in brand and product management
  • Take initiative to develop and implement trade marketing programs and sales support programs
  • Liaise with Key Account Team for promotion plan execution in KA channels
  • Liaise with Sales Team to formulate trade promotion strategy and programs for key customers (OFF and ON trade)
  • Support Commercial / Business Development subordinate in development of sales strategies and business plans to optimize sales capacity and effectiveness
  • Work with brand principles to achieve defined business objectives
  • Plan, manage and monitor the efficient utilization of trade spend budgets across channels and product categories. Monitor and update trade spend accrued expenses
  • Handle marketing administrative works including reporting, expenses claims, inventory control, Point-Of-Sales materials management

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline
  • Min 5 years or above work experience preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
  • Have a strong marketing sense, analytical skills, proven ability to take initiative and willing to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, fast learner with good multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadlines, excellent communication and inter-personal skill
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Trade Marketing Officer
  • Immediate availability is preferred
