Assistant Training Manager – Alternative Distribution Channels

  • Provide training support to alternative distribution channels, including Bancassurance, IFA, Brokerage, Direct Marketing, Trustee etc.
  • Work closely with channel managers on training delivery and project initiatives, and facilitate communication on feedback and mange expectations.
  • Initiate, organize and promote training development and feedback for improvement.
  • Conduct training needs analysis with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver quality training program.
  • Ensure all training materials and record comply with regulatory requirement.
  • Lead training projects if necessary.


  • Bachelor degree in in business or training related disciplines.
  • At least 5-8 years’ solid training or frontline experience in insurance or banking industries.
  • Excellent presentation and motivation skills.
  • Good team player and able to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Solid stakeholder management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Quick response to adhoc projects.
  • Good command in English & Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Candidates with less experience might be considered as Senior Officer.
