Assistant Training Manager (Beauty /Skincare)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering selling and service strategies according to regional strategy through training programs
  • Plan, monitor and maintain the training budget and develop various training program
  • Supervise team for coaching and leading all frontline staff including HK & Macau to provide customer services through people engagement, mindset coaching and on-going skill-set training
  • Review, evaluate and modify product training tools and materials
  • Collaborate with HR to assess appropriate training resources
  • Collect feedback after trainings and ensure on-going communication with individuals and departments regularly and effectively
  • Assess and measure the effectiveness of all learning tools, e.g. Brand test, Mystery Shoppers Program, Total Solution Assessment etc.
  • Assist in any other ad hoc projects


Candidate Specifications:

  • Degree Holder with minimum 3 years working experience in training and development in cosmetic retail industry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentable, proactive, self-motivated and responsible
  • Good communication in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
  • Passion in retail and beauty product business development.
  • Excellent organization skills and a strong sense of analysis and decision making.
  • Stable employment history a distinctive advantage.
  • Open and receptive to changes, flexible and able to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
