A well-known company with retail business all over the world is looking for an Assistant Training Manager to provide frontline training programs for their retail business;

Client Details

Our client is an MNC with more than 100,000 staff across the globe and expanding business in Hong Kong and China. To support their business, they are looking for a proactive, flexible and independent Assistant Training Manager for their frontline business;


  • Liaise with line managers to develop, review and implement training programs for frontline staff in terms of service skills, working procedures and guidelines, service promotions and systems requirements
  • Identify the training needs, design, and deliver in-house training programs for frontline & backend staff to support the business objectives
  • Analyze and evaluate training programs to facilitate the continuous improvement of training and development programs
  • Collect feedback, analyze productivity and other related data to measure training and coaching effectiveness


  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Sizable companies - preferably from retail / healthcare / electronics appliance companies
  • Excellent presentation skills, strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Good PC skills, Strong Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint
