Design, develop and deliver training programs (E.g. communication skills, customer services, product knowledge) for both new join and existing frontline retail staff
Conduct both office training and on-site training
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by observing staff performance
Support daily store operations and needs
Support staff career development
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in fashion retail industry
Associate degree graduate or above
Excellent presentation, communication and problem solving skills
Good team player, initiative, outgoing and well-organized
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
Proficiency in PC knowledge such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
14 months’ salary package
