Assistant Training Manager


Let’s work together
  • Responsible for design of training program to improve competitiveness and commitment of Optical 88's staff supervise training team members
  • Identify company training needs, formulate and deliver in-house product & service training programs to front line staff in Hong Kong & Macau
  • Work close with sales function to provide selling and service training
  • Design and deliver management training and talent programs
  • Assist in different cultural building programs and staff activities
  • Evaluate training programs to facilitate continuous improvement of training deliverables
  • Supervise subordinates within Training Team
We are looking for
  • Degree holder in Training or Retail Operations Management
  • Minimum 6 years of training experiences in retail industry
  • Excellent presentation facilitation and coaching skill
  • Outgoing, cheerful and patient with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
