You will work closely with management and department heads in planning, developing and executing the training programs and budget in accordance with the Corporate strategies. This includes the MT program, leadership training, service excellence training, soft-skills, induction and e-learning program, etc. You will also be taking a lead role in establishing a Knowledge Management System with the aim to enhance process alignment, best practice, and skills transfer.
You should be a Degree holder in Marketing Management / HR or related disciplines with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant training and development experience. To succeed in this role, you would be passionate, a team player, resourceful in the T&D market with proven track record of working closely with T&D trainers. Excellent command in both English and Chinese is a must.
Working Location: Sham Tseng (Free Shuttle Bus Service running along different locations in Yuen Long, Tuen Mun, Tsuen Wan and Shamshuipo to / from office are provided)
