Assistant Training Manager

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute training & development strategies and plans that support company business goals
  • Establish strong partnership with line managers to identify the training needs
  • Manage the training curriculum and training cycle and give suggestions for improvement on training effectiveness
  • Prepare and monitor training budget
  • Design, develop and conduct new staff orientation, customer service, selling, product knowledge training to our store-level staff
  • Lead the mystery shopper’s programs to drive our frontline customer service
  • Prepare analytical reports for management review
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • University graduate in related disciplines
  • At least 4 years solid training experience preferably in FMCG retail industry
  • Holder of certificates in training and development tools such as DiSC and MBTI is a plus
  • Strong passion in training and people development
  • Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized, people-oriented and excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and Chinese word processing
  • Good in Putonghua and English
