Responsibilities:

  • Report to Regional Retail Director and functionally report to Regional Training and Development Manager
  • Manage and implement SMCP essentials training programs for frontline staff in HK, Macau, Singapore and Taiwan
  • Execute in-store coaching and evaluate the effectiveness of the program with giving recommendation
  • Ensure training program and materials are aligned with the Regional training strategy and direction in division level 
  • Administrate regional reports and partner with Regional Training and Development Manager on KPI effectiveness
  • Support Regional training initiative and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years’ relevant experience
  • A good team player with excellent coaching and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active, resourceful with good initiative and result-oriented 
  • Hands on experience in delivering training and coaching to frontline staff
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, i.e. MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Chinese word processing
