Assistant Training Officer / Training Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a full spectrum of Training & Development functions including but not limited to training delivery, workforce planning, resourcing, organizational development and employee relations;
  • Plan and coordinate with external consultancies on training & development affairs;
  • Assist to manage university graduates recruitment;
  • Arrange university campus recruitment talks and fairs;
  • Prepare training reports for the management to review the training effectiveness;
  • Take up any ad hoc assignments and projects.

 
Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction industry;
  • Conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
  • Proficient in computer applications (including Microsoft Office & Chinese Processing);
  • Familiar with Prezi an advantage;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered for the position of Training Officer.
