Assistant Trust Services Manager

Private Banking and Trust Services 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Trust Services Team as Assistant Trust Services Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Assist in ongoing administration of existing trust and estate portfolios that complies with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Perform detailed due diligence and well-organized documentation for client onboarding and periodic reviews
• Participate in projects assigned on occasion for continuous business maintenance and risk management
• Maintain quality services and relationship with internal and external stakeholders 

Requirements

• University degree in Law, Risk and Compliance, Corporate Governance, Accounting or related discipline 
• Minimum 3-year experience in trust administration gained in bank or professional firm  
• Professional qualification awarded by The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or Hong Kong Trustees' Association (HKTA) is an advantage
• Attentiveness to details, strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills 
• Embrace change and be resilient to face challenges
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
