Job Responsibilities:

  • Required to take full responsibilities for the operation of Laundry, Uniform and Linen sections
  • Conduct the duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained
  • Coordinate with uniform suppliers for the design, making sample, production and delivery of new uniforms and update the uniform inventory record
  • Coordinate with food & beverage outlets to ensure sufficient linen stock is available for operation and special functions
  • Attend to guest requests for mending of cloths and other laundry issues
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent education required.  Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred
  • Must have knowledge of Uniform & Linen Room operation
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Chinese
  • Minimum three years supervisory experience with at least one year in Uniform & Linen Room at progressively higher levels of responsibility
  • Laundry related Certificate from Vocational Training Institutes preferred
