About this company

Key Responsibilities:

  • ŸAssist in executing the operations of the team and department and assist to formulate and implement marketing plan for the corporation;
  • ŸBuild and maintain a strong relationships with assigned clients for their pension schemes in compliance with the service standards. Help to establish a fine corporate image and reputation of the company in its servicing capabilities and culture;
  • ŸDevelop business with designated channel partners and prospects referred in establishing and operating their employee retirement scheme in order to achieve the personal and team target as agreed from time to time;
  • ŸApply knowledge of products, operations (including operating systems) an its related systems to servicing channel partners and customers;
  • ŸFamiliar with the internal control procedures and compliance requirement of the department. Assist Team / Department Head to train and ensure staff to comply with the required procedures;
  • ŸSupport on team members development on products, operations, and motive them in achieving the goals set by the company;
  • ŸRecommend improvement on operational procedures for enhancing efficiency and provide feedback to management on enhancing service standards;
  • ŸTake up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time.


  • ŸDegree holder in Finance / Business or related discipline
  • ŸMinimum 10 years’ working experience with at least 5 years’ in marketing of the pension industry
  • ŸStrong sense of responsibility with commitment to excellence
  • ŸStrong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • ŸExcellent written and oral communication skills in English, Chinese & Mandarin with good presentation skills
  • ŸPassed in MPF Intermediaries Examination and with SFC Licensed Representative qualification
  • ŸGood knowledge of MPF, ORSO legislations and investment products
  • ŸProficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
