Work closely with senior stakeholders of business units and branch managers on manpower planning and talent acquisition to cope with business growth
Perform end-to-end process in recruitment from sourcing to new hire on-boarding
Assist in other human resources initiatives such as staff retention, performance management and provide professional advisory services to business units
Support in formulating, reviewing and implementing human resources policies and systems to be in line with company objectives and to enhance efficiency of the team
Minimum 15 years HR experience with at least 5 years in banking industry
Experience in Business Human Resources or Generalist is preferred
A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
