Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, monitor traffic patterns and deploy resources appropriately to ensure high quality services to customers.
  • Responsible for end to end customer contact process, drive changes and streamline process and procedures to improve customer experience.
  • Lead the team to support various business initiatives and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure full compliance with both internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in banking industry with 5 years’ supervisory experience
  • Good communication skill in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • In-depth knowledge and solid experience in banking products
