Expand and develop auto loan portfolio by managing relationships with car dealers, SME and consumer customers
Manage business sourcing and application quality to meet satisfactory credit and audit review
Develop and maintain good relationship with business partners to enhance the Bank's visibility and strengthened market position in the related fields
Conduct cross-selling of other banking products to the auto loan customer base including but not limited to credit card, general insurance, personal loan and banking accounts etc.
Identify and negotiate with customers to complete auto loan deals as well as to ensure good after-sales service supported by various units
Obtain market intelligence to help management monitor auto loan business and competition
Provide feedback to management on any deterioration in the service quality of the dealers
Participate in all promotional activities of all banking products
Requirements
University degree with minimum 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer banking area
Relevant experiences in Hire Purchase/Leasing AND/OR Unsecured lending products
Good interpersonal skills and with experiences in business development and managing external business partnership
Capability to lead, manage change, drive result and communicate at all levels
Aggressive, result-oriented, good communication skills
Fluent English and Chinese (both written and spoken) and good communication skills in Mandarin
Ability to be proactive and possess the maturity to work independently, able to work under high pressure with strong business acumen
Possess strong work ethic and high professional and ethical standard
