Responsibilities:

  • To ensure branch network are complies with organization policies and standards, delivers on high quality service to customers
  • Assist in different AML tasks within the team to ensure effective implementation of daily work and procedures
  • Support to prepare regulatory return, monitoring and control report, and MIS report
  • Assist in formulate proper guidelines and procedures on branch daily operations
  • Assist Area Manager to manage branch daily operations issues and assist in branch complaint cases
  • Support process improvement to increase branch productivity
  • Provide adequate support to branches and assist ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years’ banking experience, preferably experience in branch network will be advantage
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Conversant with MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
