Analyse and review credit applications of retail products for approval, renewal and extension of loans
Liaise with leading units to resolve credit issues and expedite the process
Possess thorough understanding of changes in applicable regulations, rules and guidelines
Prepare various MIS reports for the management‘s review
Ensure credit facilities adhere to the Bank’s internal credit policies/guidelines as well as external regulatory requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of experience in credit approval for retail products
Sound knowledge of lending products, in particular, mortgage loan
Good understanding of market practice and banking regulation in HK
Self-motivated and detail-minded with strong risk control senses and analytical skills
Strong in written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferable
