Prepare credit facility review with focus on property development, construction financing, and syndication to identify and assess potential problematic credit accounts
Conduct risk evaluation and make recommendation on credit facilities on large scale customers
Ensure compliance with of bank policy and regulatory requirements
Assist in formulating credit policies, guidelines and procedures of credit activities undertaken by the bank
Experience in handling regulatory and external/internal audit onsite examination an advantage
Handle ad-hoc credit tasks as assigned
Collaborate with business units and assess various market information/event and internal & external early warning signal to detect potential problem accounts for close & early management
Take immediate action to manage & mitigate account irregularity and credit risk
Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
Holder of ECF-CRM certification an advantage
Minimum 5-8 years of experience of solid experience in commercial / corporate/ listed companies' credit analysis (in terms of credit risk aspects and financial viability) and credit risk management in banking industry, experience in supervisory role an advantage.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements and banking practices on credit risk management
Self-motivated with good analytical skill and risk control knowledge
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
