Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage digital governance related projects and analytics under digital business user team for both consumer and SME banking
  • Understand regulatory guidelines and risk control such as SPM-TM-E-1 of e-Banking
  • Lead overall management of digital governance related projects through the whole development cycle on user requirement formation, functional specification, project testing and execution management
  • Ensure processes or project deliverables comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Work very closely with developers, end users and control units to ensure projects aligned a proper control standard
  • Identify and make suggestion for improvements according to regulatory guideline or circular
  • Compile statistic reports on research findings and recommendations
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations, timeline and cost management
  • Analyze latest market data in banking and financial industry
  • Formulate analytic framework/reports to track the digital channel performance/KPI
  • Work closely with data analytic units for data extraction and regular reporting
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science, e-Commerce or related discipline
  • At least 6 years of working experience on digital channel development and governance in banking/finance industry
  • Solid knowledge of digital banking, remote channels (internet, mobile) and latest fintech trend
  • Solid experience in project management and data analytics for digital channel performance management
  • Strong understanding in regulatory guidelines and risk control on digital channel
  • Experience in managing sizable digital governance projects with tracked results
  • Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skill
  • Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and independently
  • Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese
