Manage projects relating to FPS, open API, digital payments, website management and digital application projects on digital channels
Plan and manage ongoing development and business adoption on FPS and open API initiatives according to payment strategies
Lead website content management system migration project, website revamp project, traffic analytic project
Supervision and supporting on day to day content management and customer notifications management of bank website
Overall management of digital projects through the whole development cycle on business proposal preparation, vendor selection, internal and external controls and compliance clearance, user requirement formation, project testing and execution, implementation management
Manage stakeholders’ expectations and cost management on project deliverables.
Ensure collaboration among different team of developers, vendors, partners and end users
Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Ensure the customer journey is seamless with customer centric design
Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations
Analyze and benchmark the latest market data in banking and financial industry
Perform ad hoc duties and assignment per direction and interests from management
Requirements
University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science, e-Commerce or related discipline
At least 8-10 years of working experience in digital product/service development
Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products
Solid project management experience in banking/finance industry
Knowledge of client-side programming skill on HTML, JavaScript, CMS, website analytics
Knowledge of latest Fintech, digital landscape and trends, innovative and details-oriented
Experience in deploying sizable system revamp with tracked result
Strong stakeholders, developer and partners management skill
Understand of regulatory guidelines and risk control
Demonstrate strong analytical skill
Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese
