  • Assist the team head to formula strategies on ECO Partnership development, Digital engagement and payment & mobile wallet adoption

  • Review and manage the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition to customer life cycle management

  • Ensure the user experience on all digital assets are optimized using the HCD methodology

  • Formulate project plan and implement strategies regarding ECO system platform enablement, new payment channels and CJ & UX refinement

  • Propose and execute marketing program to establish new ECO system partners and acquire new customers

  • Provide a clear direction, the required support and guidance to the subordinate to achieve the business objectives

  • Ensure all corporate standards are being met & deliver quality customer experience

  • Ensure all group compliance & control standards are being observed & met

  • Manage a development team to ensure efficient job/resources allocation

  • Execute/manage strategic/tactical tasks/projects assigned by management


  • University Graduate in Marketing, Business administration, economics, Information technology or communications. MBA is an advantage.

  • At least 6 to 8 years working experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role, preferably in banking/credit card industry or Fintech company

  • Creative & with strong Business sense

  • Excellent in business partnership management

  • Solid product development experience, preferably in credit card or banking industry

  • A good leader, facilitator & influencer

  • Excellent communication skill

  • Risk taking, self-initiate & can work under pressure

  • Quality conscious and customer centric

  • Good hand-on experience in implementing new projects or initiatives

  • An Excellent negotiator & relationship manager in dealing with internal parties, senior management & external parties
