Assistant Vice President, IT Services Management - IT Operations Department

Responsibilities:     

•  Assist section head to manage incident, problem and change processes in accordance with the Bank’s requirements
• Coordinate and execute the Problem and Change Management process to ensure all problems and changes are handled promptly
• Perform root cause analysis to minimize the impact of problem upon service quality; identify opportunities in accordance to ITIL requirements to enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor service quality of technology outsourcing service provider, helpdesk services and other key vendor services
• Prepare various reports and escalate to section head for management review
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Service Management, preferably in banking industry, financial institution or technology vendor
•  Experienced in Incident / Problem / Change Management or Project Management
•  Good knowledge of ITIL disciplines
•  Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Strong influencing and relationship management skills
•  Self-motivation, detail minded, accountability and able to work under pressure
•  Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
